3. Refund Policy Due to the digital, energetic, and sacred nature of our work: - No refunds are given for live sessions, immersions, programs, or digital content once access is granted. - In rare and exceptional circumstances (e.g., technological error, duplication), we may offer an exchange or credit toward another offering. If you are uncertain, we encourage you to wait, breathe, and ask your body before entering. You are not being sold to. You are being invited.

4. Scheduling & Delivery For 1:1 sessions or live ceremonial work: - You are responsible for booking your session within the allotted timeframe. - Reschedules are permitted through our online system. - Missed sessions are forfeited without refund unless due to extenuating circumstances (to be reviewed with compassion). All digital content is delivered through a private portal or via email — please whitelist our communication channels and check spam folders before reaching out.

5. Intellectual & Energetic Property All content — written, spoken, visual, tonal, and ceremonial — is the original, sacred and intellectual property of Amma Lu and The Sophia Rose. You may not: - Resell, redistribute, republish, or replicate without written consent. - Use the teachings to create derivative programs, publications, or commercial offerings without clear permission and/or certification where applicable. We are not gatekeeping. We are guarding what is whole and must be transmitted through accurate context and initiation.

6. Confidentiality & Field Ethics All private containers (group or 1:1) operate with energetic confidentiality. This includes: - Do not share the names, stories or processes of other members outside the field. - Do not record or redistribute transmissions without consent. - Do not use insights or materials in a way that violates another’s sovereignty or trust. Any breach of this will result in removal from the offering without refund.

7. Right to Refuse Entry This is a private, sovereign temple. We reserve the right to refuse access to any soul whose field brings manipulation, extraction, or misalignment — with or without refund, based on the nature of the disruption. This is not to punish. It is to protect the sacred.
